The National Prosecuting Authority has said it will soon commence with the extradition process of Moroadi Cholota, the former personal assistant of Ace Magashule.
On Monday, Magashule, the former Free State Premier, together with his co-accused, appeared at the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein for the R255-million asbestos tender scheme.
The State told the court that Cholota, who is currently studying in the United States, has been arrested by the authorities in the US, and was expected to appear before their courts. Thereafter, an extradition process would commence.
