AfriForum has vowed to renew a court bid to have the renewal of drivers' licences scrapped after its case was dismissed in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria this week.
The civil rights organisation sought to review a regulation providing for the expiry of driving licence cards every five years.
AfriForum said its "legal battle is far from over", with its legal team "investigating the possibility of appealing".
