Nutritionist and wellness aficionado Arianna Cottino has, however, shared the secret to achieving good skin is more profound than the products you use and is, instead, directly related to the foods you eat.
"Avoiding certain foods is just as crucial as incorporating beneficial ones for maintaining healthy and clear skin. Certain dietary choices can exacerbate skin issues, such as acne and inflammation, making it essential to steer clear of these culprits for a radiant complexion," says Cottino.
