Alternative fuel technology is a topic of much debate at the moment. Tesla has inarguably proven the case for electric vehicles (EVs), and there are now more hybrid models in the market than ever before. But what about those drivers who still believe in the energy density benefits of hydrogen?
EV people say hydrogen is silly because the infrastructure to support it requires so much new investment. The electricity grid is universally distributed, so all you need to do is create plug-in charging stations. Hydrogen? Its distribution as a vehicle fuel is minimal, despite having much better energy density as a powertrain option than most EVs.
