Chinese automakers in South Africa are selling cars like hotcakes at the moment, grabbing a wider piece of market share, propelling their way up the monthly best-sellers list and bothering many of the established names along the way. 

Chery and Haval are currently leading the charge, while Omoda is starting to find a foothold with their C5 SUV, and Jaecoo will be making inroads locally starting in 2024.
