Volkswagen has revealed its new e-Crafter van. The new commercial vehicle will be the first electric van from VW to go on sale.

Besides its large 1.7 ton payload capacity, the Crafter also has a 172km travelling range on full charge at speeds of up to 90km/h.

Its quick charging capabilities drastically cuts waiting time taking less than an hour to charge from empty via a quick charger.

With its zero-emissions, the Crafter is more environmentally friendly than petrol or diesel powered variants.
