Kia is adding further ammunition to their local line-up with the introduction of the new Pegas sedan.
Only two trim levels will be available - LX or EX - with pricing starting from R225 995, and it is immediately available at dealerships across the country.
Powering the sedan is a 1.4-litre multi-point injection petrol engine, producing 69kW and 132Nm, with power sent to the front wheels with either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission.
Impressive standard inventory
Gary Scott, CEO of Kia South Africa, says: "With great connectivity features and comprehensive safety specification, the Pegas ticks all the boxes while offering maximum value. There's lots of life in the compact sedan market, and the Pegas is poised to draw young families and first-time buyers to the Kia brand."
