Mercedes-Benz recently launched its new GLC 63 S E Performance SUV at the international event. News24 Motoring contributor Tyrone Paulsen drove the new SUV in Barcelona, Spain.

The GLC is still one of Mercedes-Benz's most popular SUVs. It's the model which replaced the GL nameplate and is favoured for its technology, great cabin, and impressive driving dynamics. It's also the car our new 2023 Miss South Africa gets to drive for a year.

But this new GLC is different because the automaker's AMG division now offers its E Performance hybrid drive in an SUV for the first time.
