Dwayne Johnson announces cast for new comedy series about his life

Dwayne Johnson has revealed the cast who will be bringing his life to the small screen.

In January the 48-year-old announced that he is working on the comedy series Young Rock that will centre on his early years from his childhood to wrestling superstardom.

The Hobbs & Shaw actor who will executive produce and star in the 10 episode series for NBC unveiled the cast on Instagram.

Adrian Groulx will play 10-year-old Dwayne, Bradley Constant will play him at 15 and Uli Latukefu from 18 to 20. Other cast members include Stacey Leilua as his mom, Joseph Lee Anderson as his dad and Ana Tuisila as his grandma.
