WATCH: Pile-up! Chinese authorities take a new angle on car parking

Cars are literally piling up in a parking lot in Chongqing Municipality, southwestern China, where authorities have come up with a way to increase parking spots by nearly 70%.

Drivers park their car on a rack which slides their vehicles away on a 30 degree angle between other cars.

When you want to collect your car, you simply scan your parking card and your vehicle will automatically be brought to you from its stored parking.
