When you hear the word 'Godzilla' its not the scary fictional Japanese monster that comes to mind.

This cool video by Ernest Page shows this particular monster which belongs to Quinsley Sale, owner of Kiu Garage in Port Elizabeth, and he has spent five years of ownership turning his Nissan GT-R into one of the most fearsome examples around.

Evolution of a beast

Sale, a man that keeps his cards close to his chest regarding the car, went all the way to Australia and met someone who specialises in downforce and aerodynamics. That very same guy now applies his trade in Formula 1.

Power currently stands at 596kW (800hp) and it has already taken part in National drift competitions and as a contestant in the popular Jaguar Simola Hillclimb in Knysna a few times as well.

The car is still street legal and is getting faster every year. That is a very scary prospect indeed if you ever find yourself face-to-face with this monster...
