Toyota officially launched the iconic Supra on February 6 back in 1986, 33 years ago.

The Japanese brand recently revived the much-loved performance car with the launch of the fifth-generation (A90) scheduled to arrive in South Africa later this year.

A host of design and engine changes took place over the years, moving from the then 'box-shaped' from the first generation to the much rounder Mk IV, made famous in the movie The Fast and the Furious.
