When it comes to paint jobs, SA car-buyers are conservative with their choices. We look at the most popular car colours in the country.
Silver has been receiving a lot of attention among local motorists though the majority of car-buyers still prefer rental-car friendly white.

White paint jobs take the lead with an average of 43% followed by silver on 20%.
Wheels24's Janine Van der Post says: "White remains a popular choice of colour for cars as it often hides scratches and dents a lot more than darker colours. Black cars need a lot more attention and has to be cleaned more due to dust and mud being more visible."
