Ghosn woes
Ghosn has been involved with the company since the early 90's even earning the nickname 'Le Cost Killer' for pulling Nissan out of crippling debt.

The Brazilian-born businessman was arrested on charges of financial misconduct and underreporting his income - damaging Nissan's reputation and that of its third party partners Renault and Mitsubishi.
