Cape Town - Earlier in February, Wheels24 readers responded reported on the progress of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (Aarto) Bill.

The controversial bill moved a step closer to implementation in South Africa since it was passed at the National Assembly in September 2017 and currently many provinces are inviting the public to raise their concerns.

One of the biggest amendments is the proposed driver demerit system.
