From civil wars to country's instabilities, these are the problems facing most oil-producing countries in the world. One area where there wouldn't be anxiety for residents of these countries would be low fuel price.

The average price of fuel around the world is $1.17 per litre, the equivalent of R16.88, reports Globalpetrolprice.com.
