accreditation

Knysna - The fires that have gutted the Garden Route in the Western Cape have reportedly claimed seven lives, hundreds of homes and has destroyed forests.

The blaze, which started in Knysna earlier in June, spread to Plettenberg Bay and George.

The fire was propelled by strong winds from a storm that ravaged the Cape area last Wednesday (June 7).
