Rider vs driver: Road rage turns into huge car crash

California - If you're a motorcyclist and you're unhappy with a driver, don't take out your frustrations by kicking the offending driver's door... likewise, if you're on the receiving end of a  motorcyclist's ire, don't retaliate by attempting to smash your car into the rider.

Police in California are searching for a motorcyclist due to an alleged road rage incident that saw a bakkie flip onto its roof.

ABC News reported that on Wednesday (June 21) morning, motorists captured an altercation between a motorbike rider and a driver of a silver sedan.

The duo were filmed 'exchanging' words when the rider was captured on camera kicking the car. The driver reacted by veering left into the rider but lost control of the vehicle. 

The driver then crashes into the highway barrier, veers over the median, smashing into a bakkie driving and causing it to overturn.
