What a close call! Insane Pikes Peak practice run

Colorado - "Code brown!" is one of the comments on a Facebook video that shows a scary moment for driver Rodney Tu. Given the close call he experienced along the Pikes Peak hill, it's pretty succinct. 

The clip shows his race car hurtling up the hill. He appears to hit a series of bumps, unsettling the race car.

Phew!

It's enough to cause the car to spin and Tu was left on the edge of the mountain hoping for the best. 

Organisers posted on Facebook: "The surface of the Upper Section of the race course is constantly changing. We're glad to see Rodney Tu come out of this close call unscathed."
